Telecom Order CRTC 97-1289

On 29 May 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada, an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to its National Services Tariff Item 1040, proposing the introduction of a promotional campaign for its service "Advantage Winback Summer Promotion".

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 23 June 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-868.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
