Telecom Order CRTC 97-1291

On 22 May 1997, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 925, amended by Tariff Notice 925A dated 29 May 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff - Basic Services, Item 614, providing for the introduction of the "TELUS Long Distance Guarantee Promotion".

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 6 June 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-766.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
