On 8 September 1997, Fundy Cable Ltd./Ltée filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 12 September 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
