On 18 August 1997, MTS NetCom Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Supplementary Tariff, Special Services and Facilities, Items 5985 and 5990, proposing a new rate structure for LAN Interconnect Access and LAN Interconnect Network Service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 18 September 1997 are approved.
