Telecom Order CRTC 97-1318

On 16 June 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of BC TEL, Bell Canada, The Island Telephone Company Limited, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited and NewTel Communications Inc., an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to its National Services Tariff Item 1028, proposing of a promotional campaign for its service "HELLO!TM Phone Pass Promotion".

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 9 July 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-942.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
