On 27 August 1997, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its International Globeinternet Service Tariff, including a new point of presence located in Pennant Point, Nova Scotia.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 26 September 1997 are approved.
