Telecom Order CRTC 97-1655
On 29 September 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed a methodology to measure residential penetration rates for Yukon and the Northwest Territories, as ordered by the Commission at paragraph 21 (f) of Telecom Order CRTC 97-1214, dated 29 August 1997. The Commission did not receive comments from interested parties.

In light of the foregoing and given that it finds the methodology reasonable, the Commission orders that:
The methodology proposed by Stentor to measure residential penetration rates for Yukon and the Northwest Territories is approved effective the date of this Order.
