Telecom Order CRTC 97-1708

On 3 October 1997, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 673, amended by TN 673A dated 9 October 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item 4200, SuperNova Wide Area Network Service, to introduce both 10 megabits per second (Mbps) and 155 Mbps (OC-3 connection speed) network connection service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order.
