Telecom Order CRTC 97-1858
On 29 October 1997, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 395, introducing a promotion between 1 December 1997 and 28 February 1998, which provides up to 5 hours access per month at no charge for subscribers to Sympatico Service who select the Occasional Access option and a rate of $24.95 per month for up to 75 hours access for subscribers to Sympatico Service who select the Regular Access option.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 25 November 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1745.
2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
