On 21 November 1997, Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to: (a) increase charges in three elements of the Multi Element Service Charges; (b) introduce pay-per-activation on certain Call Management Services and Custom Calling Features; (c) eliminate Multi Element Service Charges on customer subscription to Custom Calling Features and Call Management Services; and (d) move the Late Payment Charge and Toll Restriction Service tariff pages to the Ontario Independent Services Tariff.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 January 1998 are approved.
