IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by MTS NetCom Inc. under Tariff Notice 238 dated 6 December 1996, providing a promotion to waive the service charge for establishing MessageManager mailboxes during the period 6 January to 31 March 1997.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
