IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Ontario Telephone Association under Tariff Notice 24 dated 6 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions to make Item 407, Suspension of Service - Residential Primary Service, consistent with Bell Canada's.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
