IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Division under Tariff Notice 30 dated 9 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to the Norstar Plus-Modular ICS System.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
