IN THE MATTER OF an application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 395 dated 11 December 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor owners, providing revisions Item 402, Videoroute for Occasional Use - Domestic and Cross-Border, Item 403, Videoroute Full-Time Inter-Exchange Broadcast-Quality Video Transmission Channel Service, Item 404, Full-Time Local Broadcast-Quality Video Transmission Channel Service, Item 405, Videoroute for Occasional Use - Canada to U.K. Service and Item 406, Videoroute for Occasional Use - International Television Service, of its National Services Tariff.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 10 January 1997 are approved.
