IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by NewTel Communications Inc. under Tariff Notice 505 dated 31 January 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to provide Extended Area Service between the Glenwood and Gander exchanges, clarify the Rate Distance Bands and make other minor changes. The Glenwood exchange will change from Rate Group 1 to Rate Group 2.

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 19 April 1997 are approved.
