IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Québec-Téléphone under Tariff Notice 144 dated 13 December 1996, proposing a one free month promotion to single-line residential customers subscribing to Call Forward or Call Return during 13 January to 31 January 1997.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 13 January 1997 are approved.
