Telecom Order CRTC 97-356
IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application filed by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) under Tariff Notice 860 dated 28 November 1996, introducing "Welcome Back 20% Rebate Offer", a promotional campaign for residential customers who return from an Alternate Provider of Long Distance Services to TCI as their Primary Interexchange Carrier.
WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1505 dated 20 December 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and
WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
