IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 5873 dated 20 November 1996, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2185 for the introduction of Bell Express Service - Health Care to provide hospital patients with temporary individual line service.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 March 1997 are approved.
