IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Northwestel Inc. under Tariff Notice 606 dated 12 February 1997, for approval of proposed revisions to its Mobile Telephone Service, Item 306, to provide a market trial of a Prepaid Plan in the Whitehorse area from 17 March 1997 to 23 June 1997.
