IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Mornington Communications Co-operative Limited under Tariff Notice 9 dated 1 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions regarding the provision of Internet Access Service.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 January 1997 are approved.
