IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by NewTel Communications Inc. under Tariff Notice 501 dated 13 December 1996, proposing revisions to General Tariff Item 370.17, Custom Calling Features, providing a promotion to waive the first month's rental rate for initial activations between 13 January 1997 and 11 April 1997.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 13 January 1997 are approved.
