Telecom Order CRTC 97-4

IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application filed by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited under Tariff Notice 604 dated 23 December 1996.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
