IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited under Tariff Notice 595 dated 9 December 1996, providing for power and space required for the location of specific customer-provided equipment in the company's central-office.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 January 1997 are approved.
