Telecom Order CRTC 97-47

IN THE MATTER OF an application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 398 dated 18 December 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor owners, proposing revisions to the National Services Tariff Item 309, International Private Line Service, for a promotion for international circuits to European countries during the period 15 January 1997 to 15 July 1997 to waive the monthly cable charges for a period of two months for each year of the contract. In addition, the associated service charges will be waived.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 January 1997 are approved.
