IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Teleglobe Canada Inc. under Tariff Notice 470 dated, 16 December 1996, proposing revisions to the International Leased Services Tariff, for the promotion of Globestream circuits on CANTAT-3 routed to European countries during the period 15 January 1997 to 15 July 1997.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 January 1997 are approved.
