IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 373A dated 20 December 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis. The company is
directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination
rooms within 2 business days of this Order.
