Telecom Order CRTC 97-52

IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by BC TEL under Tariff Notices 3568 dated 16 December 1996 and 3568A dated 23 December 1996, proposing revisions to General Tariff Item 161 - Call Guardian and Item 110 - Multi-Element Plan Service Charges, providing toll restriction at no monthly charge to residence customers, a $10.00 service charge for deactivation of the service and a provision that no service charge will apply for restoral of service previously subject to partial temporary disconnection.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 February 1997 are approved.
