Telecom Order CRTC 97-53

IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 5899 dated 18 December 1996, for approval to modify Special Facilities Tariff Item B-4515(a), regarding the cut off on disconnect feature service charge.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 17 January 1997 are approved.
