IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 5901 dated 19 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions reflecting the establishment of Extended Area Service between the Blyth and Goderich, Ontario exchanges.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 7 March 1997 are approved.
