IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada (Bell) under Tariff Notice 5902 dated 19 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions reflecting the establishment of Extended Area Service between the Bell exchange of Sherbrooke, Quebec and the Laurenceville, Quebec exchange of the Co-op de téléphone de Valcourt.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 March 1997 are approved.
