IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Hay Communications Co-operative Limited under Tariff Notice 10 dated 4 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions regarding the provision of Internet Access service.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 February 1997 are approved.
