IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited under Tariff Notice 594 dated 11 December 1996, proposing revisions to Item 800.11 - 800 Carrier Access Multi-Carrier Selection Capability, renaming the option Date Route to Specific Date and removing the time-of-day restriction.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 February 1997 are approved.
