IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited under Tariff Notice 599 dated 16 December 1996, introducing Item 56, Inmate Service, a public telephone service for the use of inmates in correctional institutions.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 16 January 1997 are approved.
