IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Télébec ltée under Tariff Notice 120 dated 5 December 1996, for approval of several modifications to its Advantage Toll Free and Advantage Preferred services and a rate increase to Operator-Assisted Calling Card calls.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 February 1997 are approved.
