IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Teleglobe Canada Inc. under Tariff Notice 471 dated 20 December 1996, introducing Universal International Freephone Number as a service option of the Globeaccess and Globe800 services.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 February 1997 are approved.
