On 2 May 1997, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice 910, as amended by Tariff Notice 910A dated 13 May 1997, for approval of revisions to introduce enhancements to its General Tariff Item 450, Alberta - Overseas Message Toll Service.
