Telecom Order CRTC 97-7

IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by NewTel Communications Inc. (NewTel) under Tariff Notice 499 dated 4 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 430, providing a "One Free Month" Promotion to residential customers who return to NewTel as their Primary Interexchange Carrier during the period 13 January to 28 March 1997.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on the dates set out in the application are approved.
