On 15 May 1997, BC TEL filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 3630, as amended by Tariff Notice 3630A dated 22 May 1997.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 30 May 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms on the effective date.
