Telecom Order CRTC 97-758
On 9 May 1997, TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff Item 3065, Digital Network Access, to introduce a new DS-3 Access Service, to group DS-3 Access Service into three rate bands and to migrate Existing Special Assemblies.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 9 June 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
