On 28 May 1997, BC TEL filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 3635, modified by Tariff Notice 3635A dated 6 June 1997, for approval of tariff revisions.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 July 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms on the effective date.
