On 9 May 1997, TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. (TCEI) filed an application for approval of an Agreement entered into between TCEI and fONOROLA Inc. (fONOROLA) specifying the procedures of TCEI's Interexchange Carrier Group.

The Agreement between TCEI and fONOROLA is approved on an interim basis.
