Telecom Order CRTC 97-892

On 13 June 1997, MTS NetCom Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Carrier Access Tariff to apply the blended connect to conversation minute ratio to the Recovery of Regulatory Proceeding Costs, and to change the Recovery of Start-Up Costs conversation minute charge to six decimal places, in order to be consistent with the other conversation minute charges.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 July 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
