On 3 June 1997, The Island Telephone Company Limited filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 463, amended by Tariff Notice 463A dated 10 June 1997, for approval of tariff revisions.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 July 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within 2 business days of the date of this Order.
