Application (199610663) by SAXE COMMUNICATIONS, acting as an agent for licensees listed in the Appendix to this Public Notice, to authorize the distribution, at their option, of the following U.S. commercial and/or PBS signals received via the non-Canadian satellite provider Prime Time 24:

The application proposes that the licensees' current authorizations to distribute the U.S. commercial networks and/or PBS signals currently received either by terrestrial means or from Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (Cancom) be retained.

With the exception of the cases noted below, there will be no net increase in the number of U.S. commercial networks and/or PBS signals currently distributed. Cases where the application requests the addition of a FOX signal are listed with an asterisk (*) in the Appendix. Instances where the application requests an increase in other U.S. signals are the systems operated by Earthvision Systems Ltd. The specific networks requested for this licensee's systems are described in the Appendix.

The application also requests that each Part III system named in the application receive immediate relief from the requirements of Section 23 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
