Decision CRTC 98-234-1
Premier Choix Networks Inc.
Across Canada - 199710281
Correction
1. In the appendix to Decision CRTC 98-234 renewing the licence for the French-language specialty programming undertaking known as Canal D, the Commission stated that, for the purpose of the conditions of licence established in the decision, the definition for "broadcast day" shall have the same meaning as that set out in the Television Broadcasting Regulations, 1987.
2. The definition of "broadcast day" should have been identical to that provided in Decision CRTC 94-286 wherein the Commission approved the operation of this specialty programming undertaking.
3. Consequently, the Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 98-234 by replacing the definition of "broadcast day" with the following:
"broadcast day" means the period of up to 24 consecutive hours, beginning each day not earlier than six o'clock in the morning.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
