New radio network

1. Following a Public Hearing in the National Capital Region held on 15 December 1997, the Commission approves the application by Les Entreprises Radiomédia inc. for a French-language radio network licence for the purpose of broadcasting the hockey games of the Montréal Canadiens during the 1997-98, 1998-99, 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 National Hockey League seasons.

2. The Commission will issue a network licence expiring at the end of the 2001-2002 hockey season, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
