Telecom Order CRTC 98-1020
On 3 September 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 401, Dataroute Service, to increase the rates for Dataroute Access Arrangements for speeds of 2400, 4800 and 9600 bps to equal the rates for speeds of 19200 to 56000 bps as well as to remove the service charges as this service is no longer available for new installations, changes of address, moves, rearrangements or additions to existing installations.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 December 1998 are approved.
