On 2 September 1998, MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) filed an application for approval of revisions to Supplementary Tariff - Special Services and Facilities Item 6110, Internet Call Display Campaign, introducing a six-month promotional campaign to subscribers of MTS Toll and MTS Sympatico services.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 19 November 1998 are approved.
