Telecom Order CRTC 98-1047
On 22 September 1998, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 1500, Hospital Patient Telephone Service, revising the daily rate structure from two tiers to the following three tiers: days 1 through 15 - $2.00 per day; days 16 through 30 - $1.25 per day; days 31 and beyond - $0.75 per day.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions that are to become effective 8 February 1999 are approved.
