On 10 September 1998, Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions, proposing a seasonal service option which offers both business and residential customers the opportunity to suspend service for up to four consecutive months during the year, while still maintaining their existing telephone number.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
